Hi everyone! So I have a Dell ST2210 LCD monitor that accepts resolutions from 240p to 1080p and also interlaced resolutions. The problem I'm having with it is that on all of its inputs, it displays interlaced resolutions with flickering that is the similar to a CRT displaying interlaced resolutions. I use it with my PS2 in sync on green mode and this flickering on 1080i is annoying. And before you ask, the game I am playing is 480i only and I'm forcing it to run in 1080i using GSM just so I can play it on this monitor in sync on green. The game runs incorrectly in all progressive scan modes and will only run correctly in interlaced modes. I was wondering if you guys have any recommendations for a good external de-interlacer that doesn't produce this flickering, accepts and outputs sync on green, and is affordable.
