Google adds vuvuzela noise button to youtube! LOL

Can someone explain this to me. I don't get it.

Actually one of the google toys/tech I like is the 3D mode (lets you pick an array of 3d tech from red/blue glasses to inverting your eyes).

Actually Toronto & Montreal are huge on soccer because of all the different immigrants in the city. =P

I'm just personally my self not interested in soccer/football but that pretty much applies to all sports. Also I didn't get what the youtube thing is doing. Is it just adding noise from a vuvuzela? It didn't seem like it was trying to convert the video audio to sound like it was going through a vuvuzela.
