I was wondering how long it would be before Google came along with "TinEye but better", seems like it'd be a handy service.
It would be nice to have tools to build databases around this. Imagine a dev.kit database for such an indexing system hosted locally and over a secure connection for forum users to make use of whilst out in the open (or an expo), hunting for hardware, PCBs or whatever.
