First, where is the best place for up-to-date homebrew and software for modded Xboxes? Second, How do I upgrade the xbox's hard drive without a computer that supports 2 IDE connections? (I have a computer that supports 1 though) The hard drive I plan to use (At least, temporarily) is a 40gb Western Digital drive.
Hard to say where the best place for Xbox info is since the Xbox Scene forums went down. As for upgrading the Xbox HDD, use Chimp. No PC needed and the new drive can even be locked if you haven't hard modded the console yet.
You need a PC with IDE MASTER. Don't think it will work on boards with SATA + IDE. XBOXHDM didn't work on my SATA+IDE board.
