    Originally the ebay post said 50 bucks with free shipping. Then when I clicked commit to buy it said I needed to contact the seller to get a shipping quote. Then i was hit the $74.00 shipping... But is $124 shipped a good price? Thanks

    I don't know if it's a good deal,but you could definitely dispute that shipping charge.

    That's a bit much for a 19" PVM, I'd try looking around locally as opposed to eBay.
