Hello everyone , i registered on this forum after searching for Sonic Xtreme material! I came here for that, but i saw a world that was completely unknown to me!! I m Italian ( i have lots of italian mags of 93-99 i can scan for you if you need so ) and i was always a Sega supporter ! Anyway sorry for the introduction i hope i didn't break any forum rules. My kind request would be to help me grab a copy of GT2000 , because i saw that a guy made a post about it , then another one said that the game torrent was available at emuparadise . I can't find it anymore there, so , if anyone wants to help me , would be very appreciated! I can't give you anything special simply cause i don't have anything special , only some mags or flyers / ads from my country that promoted Sega and such things. I m posting but we re really a group of friends that are die hard fans of Gran Turismo , we d love to regroup together in front of the much dreamed GT 2000 ( we were drooling on the mags at the time when it was announced ) Thanks a lot everyone !
unfortunately, I think many of us would like to grab this game... even holding it in my hands for a few seconds would make me happy
I've got it now. Together with: - all the other 9 demo-discs from the 2000 Playstation-Festival (all 10 still sealed) - a 1997 pre-release demo CD for "Gran Turismo" - Gran Turismo 4 Prius Trial Edition (I personally drive a Prius) I payed something around 175 dollars for everything. ;-)
GT2000 was on one of the PlayStation Festival 2000 demo discs. You can find cover scans for it here. They show up on ebay and other auction sites every now and then. It's usually cheaper to grab the whole set than just Gran Turismo 2000, 'cause for some reason, people like to overprice it when selling it seperatly 'cause of how it's for an "unreleased" title (and some people take the bait).
:dance: Everybody here remembers me because my passion with this game. :110: I got my copy, with a friend. He made a CD-R copy for me, but i play it through HD Loader (so my PS2 lens don't get destroyed reading a CD-R). Plus Carnivol, made great scans of the cover, and i'm making a CD Cover with it. I plan on getting the original disc, whenever is possible. Back to the topic, i already saw "GT 2000" being avaiable on torrents 3 times after i got my copy with a friend. So, it's nothing so difficult too find, the problem is that people who get it, don't help to spread it.

If you remember them , if it s a problem don't worry i already got a lot of info on this game thanks to you and all the other guys who replied!
I've actually had trouble finding GT2000 for quite some time to be honest. I'd love to get my hands on it to see if its easy picking for some hacking fun.
How hard are the playstation festival disks to find? Weren't those give aways? I'd assume it wouldn't be too tough to find and should be fairly cheap.
Yeah, they're fairly easy to come by if you keep your eyes a bit open ;p (expect my house to be robbed by the time I get home for doing this...) But like I said before, problem is that people tend to sell the GT2000 disc seperatly, as the "zomg unreleased!" factor of it seems to make it sell for insane prices on its own. I got most of mine from picking up lots of demos/games, as I'm working on building a DB for promotional software/media. None of the official and/or public catalogs seems to keep track of promotional, store front and demo discs. There have been some very nice people in this community, contributing with some of the obscure oddities (magazine preview demos, gameshow/tradeshow demos and such). But 'til the DB goes online/public, I guess you know best who you are yourself
Yeah ! And all these are probably wy much more interesting than GT2000 which I recently found on emule and which is quite disappointing... What are the Front Software demos ?
On front cover, you can atleast spot; Eternal Ring Evergrace Armored Core 2 Might be videos of some other stuff too, but not sure. Can probably check whenever I find myself at home again (Thursday/Friday, probably)
