I'm wondering if there is anyone out there whom could improve upon GT3 and add in the extra ("DLC" if you will) that was released in the forms of :

    GT: Concept: 2001 Tokyo
    GT: Concept: 2002 Tokyo-Seoul
    GT: Concept: 2002 Tokyo-Geneva

These versions, included new models unveiled during famous Asian and European Motor Shows.

It would be very cool to have these cars and tracks added into the base game, if possible through any PS2 tools / Development software available.

There used to be a hacking community over at GTplanet, have no idea how is it now. GT3 had some secret / hidden cars, the same with GT Concept. GT Concept also had early beta tracks, some that ended up showing up later on GT4.

Here's a video from one of our members, MattJ155

I don't think it's possible to transfer cars and tracks from one to another though.

Back in the days of Ps2 dvd rips, there was a util tha allowed to extract/compress the main .dat file of gt3, I'm thinking this would be your best bet.
