Gran Turismo 5 (Not for Sale) Windbreaker

Hi, I have one of this windbreaker and will like to know if there any value to it?

I always think merchandise is quite hard to value but I would imagine that this piece, being GT branded, will definitely have some value.
There are some great GT collectors that frequent these forums so I am sure they can shed a little more light on the possible value.

thanks mate! I got M and L size jacket for this. Tried searching the internet for this, turns out nothing! My guess is that is just a very limited run and given only to gamestore staff in conjunction with the launch of gt5

 

I think this is for promo events. And GT has several of those before and during a game release. It could be from a game store launch event, a press only event or even from SEMA Gran Turismo Awards. It's very difficult to know. It could be uncommom, but wouldn't consider it rare. Most people that gets those kind of stuff for free, keep for themselves or try selling asap.

Keep in mind that on this case it's a not a promo product. It's has a very low production and probably better quality overall.

Anyway, from the pics you posted it looks like it has some nice details. Setting a value to it might be difficult though.

 

Yup on the setting of value part. I got quite a few PM asking on the pricing too.

Btw Yup again on the details, It has an embossed Playstation logo on the left shoulder side and also the embossed GT logo at the chest area.

Was thinking of letting go to fund for other gaming items (Xbox1 and PS dev items). Hmmm, not sure should i put it up on ebay and see how much if could fetch, since deciding for the item pricing is so hard to set.

I checked ebay... Video game clothing doesn't sell for ____ unless its vintage.

You could probably get $50-$100 out of it. But more that a few ebay auctions have ended <$25 for a similar item.
