    I personally have a copy and I'm definitely not really up for selling it, but I believe there is one (quite overpriced) one listed on eBay right now. Your only other option ATM is Yahoo Auctions, where I believe there are a couple up. Find a third party company to buy it for you and ship it to you, it won't be too cheap but it's really your only option and much cheaper than the eBay one I mentioned.
