I'm always a little worried when a fan translation of a game copies the script from another version. There's the possibility of script changes between the two versions, and even ignoring that, there are localization errors and name and script changes in many official translations. For instance, a bar was changed to a cafe. Will these changes be reversed for the Saturn version?
