It's amazing that the dude pretty much starts yelling immediately after the crash. It almost seems like he was prepared to yell beforehand.
Adrenaline allows for some pretty amazing stuff. He could have still been seriously injured, just didn't feel anything right away. Don't get me wrong, it's still amazing, I'm just offering a possible explanation. Thanks for the translation Barc0de!
