Hi everyone. Daniel, 30 years old, married, a year old boy, I'm a Yoga instructor and personal trainer, I also work for General Motors. I recently bought back a Sega Genesis and Super Nintendo, both I had sold to buy newer generation consoles... that was a huge mistake (I still have my N64!!). I have a quite complete collection of roms for the most common consoles, and I actually prefer those games rather than newer generation consoles like XBOX360 and PS3. I just play a DSi (with EzFlash) because I'm hardly ever home, I'll get the Vita and 3DS when they have more games. Let me know if there's a rom you can't find, I may have it! I have 6000 NDS roms By the way, I'd like to get the Everdrive 64 but I see it's out of stock?? What games does it not play? Nice to meet you.
Thanks!! What a surprise!!! Do you know if we can get the Everdrives and if we have to pay any customs' fees or anything?
Hey Gracias! Hahaha! Another neighbour?? This is coool!! If you know which of the sites to get the everdrives is the best, please tell, I'm looking forward to catch'em'all lol

Hi pc_91! I wish I were in Cordoba! Buenos Aires is so stressing... :-/ Anyway, I was asking about buying the everdrive from let's say "stoneagegames" or another distributor with my credit card, the shipping is only u$s5, only 20 pesos! But I'm not sure if the nice guys from the customs' office will let me get it or if they will apply excessive taxes... I've been buying books and stuff off Amazon and AbeBooks, they take two months to arrive but they arrive safely. I think I'm going to risk it and but the Everdrive 64, I don't think they'll be any problems... did you buy it already? And thank you so much for the information pc_91. I'm glad I found this place. Cheers
hi! you are backwards than me, i'm trying to move to buenos aires, this place is so boring, anyway, i've never buyed from outside the country, no credit card for me, but i guess ebay is a good place to go, some of them even has free shipping worldwide, the everdrive 64 is a dream, but i've passed my collection to a friend who trades me the consoles for audio devices (my real passion) now i only have left a PS2 Fat and a heavily modded Dreamcast (there's post about the first mod/repair), if you can get the everdrive 64 contact me, i've got some friends who still play n64 and would love to have one, but i guess they don't know that it even exists.
I can definitely give you advice on getting things shipped from anywhere to Buenos Aires I've been buying in this forum and in eBay for several years and so far no problems. 99% of the time (over 70 purchases) I used the cheapest mailing option and only once the package got lost. Here are a couple of recommendations: 1-If buying from eBay or a forum or similar, make sure you buy from a trusted seller, ie. check their feedback, if he/she has negative feedback (even if just 1) check them out to see what problem the buyer found. 2-Make sure you do NOT use UPS, Fedex or any other private carrier... their packages ALWAYS go through customs... Always use USPS (USA), Canada Post (Canada), Royal Mail (UK) etc. 3-Use the "cheapest" option, ie. for USPS: First Class Mail International or Priority Mail, but preferrably First Class (cheaper and less likely to go through customs. 4-The bigger the package, the more likely it is to go through customs, so try not to buy big things (I've bought CDs, DVDs and never had trouble... a console (even without package) is more likely to go through customs)) I don't think the everdrive will go through customs, unless it's packed in a big box. Also, I've got packages from US, Canada, UK and China, and most of them arrived within 1 month. Only once or twice I had to wait 2 months, but never longer than that. Hope this helps; let me know if you have any questions.
Hey just a quick question, is this an original? http://articulo.mercadolibre.com.ar/MLA-144964863-sega-genesis-16-bit-nuevo-en-caja-original-_JM
Hey what has just happened? Two minutes after I post the question you buy the console? That was really bad attitude! How dissapointing! Can we negotiate whoever bought it? Can we make a deal?
I checked the link as soon as I saw your post, and it was already bought by someone... wasn't me, but I actually thought it was you :S
ok... so sad... but anyway, was the price a bit high? what do you think? how much would you pay for an original in excellent shape like this one? tops, how much would you pay, and for a SNES in perfect condition with original accesories?
No idea honestly; but you could check eBay to see what a "normal" price is nowadays. I find it a bit high, but it's a brand new old console, so maybe the price was ok.
