I joined Assembler Games well over two years ago, but I think my limited posting warrants an introduction thread. Hello everyone! I am the author of FFVII: The Unused Text Series which in detail presents and analyzes the text normally unavailable to the player. The whole Compilation of FFVII is within my field of interest. In fact I first joined Assembler Games because I needed help changing my PS2 language setting to Japanese, and the forum thankfully had the application to solve the issue. I can't read Japanese and I'm always looking for people to help with that part, so I'll probably make a request or two in the translation thread soon. For my research it would be awesome to know Japanese, but my current focus is learning Cheat Engine and thus expanding my degrees of freedom in the type of archeology I like to perform. Assembler Games looks like a good place to learn about video game history, design and programming. I hope that I'll be able to learn more from the community than I already have and that my presence won't be considered a nuisance. =)
