Ground Zero's collection

I got my second "Sega Partners" Edition Dreamcast today - unit is dedicated to "N. Mikawa".

Now i should be the only Dreamcast collector on earth who helds two of this super-rare units.

That wasn't meant too serious - but the "Sega Partners" Dreamcast is quite rare. I only know 2 other collectors to have one and i've never seen one on Ebay.

It's something special to have two of these units. But i would be much happier with another rare DC i'm missing anyway.

but i know atleast 5 collectors who own these units and i bet there are alot more in japan ^^

you know , rare dc systems are like neo geo games , if you have enough cash you can get them easily

O.k., i got your point and totally agree with you.

But they're some systems that are hard to come by, even if you have enough money. That's especially the signed Maziora DC or Sonic 10th. anniversary DC.

 

Groundzero - very cool DC collection...the chuchurocket, pearl blue and partners are superb!...don't stop collecting...

 

I got a "Sonic 10th anniversary Edition" Dreamcast console today - great.
It's the rarest (of the "common") LE Dreamcast consoles (limited to 50 pc.) and is signed by "Yuji Naka - Sonic Team".

Erm where did you get this from?

We still have no idea how many of these they are and how many units were made.

 

I got this info from Bert Hardy of dreamcastgallery. But i sent an email to Sonic Team for confirmation - hope that they'll relpy.

A limitation of 20 could be possible - i only know 3 people (including me) who have one and Europe is a small collectors market.

 

umm well when he gets back from holiday ill ask him. However we have talked about this before and i dint know he had a solid figure. Last time i think we both had no idea of the numbers.

 

Paulo...I didn't remember the details of the email I had, but having found it, it's alot more detailed than I remember.....I've posted in the main forum on this....the number of Sonic DCs was 50 (as far as UK Marketing is concerned) .

I recall reading a figure of 20-25 that represented something...couldn't find that when I looked but I'll look again.....can't remember what the 20-25 number was about......
