Probably well over a million copies of GTA sold and only 1 news story about a guy robbing a few copies (the stabbing was nothing to do with the GTA launch). Seems alright to me really.

Sometimes I think Video games do set the idea in motion for some people to steal crap and shoot people. However, only idiots, retards, and scum in general act on it.

Like the fact they don't mention the other games he stole, one of them might have been Barbies Horse Adventures or something. Maybe he wasn't stealing GTA IV and just grabbed what he could and GTA IV was just there. Re : Stabbing - Seems to be conflicting reports of the guy who did the stabbing wasn't in the queue and was passing by anyway, to the stabbing happened down the road at East Croydon station to both of them were waiting in line... Still the middle one would have been a bit of a non story "Man stabbed as people wait in line a quarter of a mile away for GTA IV" As for people stealing mail, well duh... not like some postal services people don't steal stuff from time time to time... I am sure there is an agenda to make GTA IV seem the worst game in history, I'm sure there has been more fights over Pokemon then GTA... I would love to collect data on crime figures for the under 25s and see if crime fell days after GTA releases...
