The chances of getting one is slim to none, and the dev would be breaking his NDA by giving out copies of it, which could get him/her fired. Also, owning the beta/review version of the game would be breaking copyright laws unless you were given permission to use the game.
Also I just realized RS NYC, are most probably the rockstar developer studio hint RS and I think theyre located in NY
Yep, the Rockstar NYC (yellow logo) is their New York City based dev house, and they're the ones that usually do most of the devving of the GTA series. That's also where their East Coast-US warehouse is located. My preorder is supposed to ship from there.
I know a guy here in Uruguay who is the Xbox "Dealer" down here, neither XBOX or XBOX 360s are sold, legally and comercially speaking here, you either get it from another country or buy it from this guy. So the thing is he always gets all the leaked games, like Halo 3 or Mass Effect one week prior to their release, and a couple of minutes ago he was online on LIVE and his status said he was playing GTA IV :banghead: I asked him and he told me they already leaked it... I dunno whether it's true or not, but comming from this guy I would believe him. Unluckily this guy is a damn pirate, MS would feast themselves if they found out.
I have trouble believing that one man... I know where pirates get their games and those sites dont have GTA4 yet... whats his GT?
