...Very off topic and feeling very slightly bored I thought why not put up a little quiz-'guess the Xbox game', those in the 'know' will recognise it instantly, and the other's will be ever so slightly at a loss for a while

I don't have a clue, but I'll disagree with Red Star, unless someone else picked it up for release. Acclaim went out of business late 2004, and the disc is marked "16-02-2005." I am curious, though.

well windows 95 was originally called Chicago, and according to IGN theres a Xbox game called Chicago Enforcer, released around the date given - So that possibly. Can't see where final comes into it though...

Edit: I'm sure the cwmbran on the side is something to do with it. Not sure what yet though...
Edit2: The date in non-US form should give some clues too.

Quake Wars?

Although I can't find definitive info whether that's supposed to be out on xbox or the 360

The random logic?:
With Quake 3: the oldest perhaps "final"? version of windows you could play is on is '95
Also so far Quake Wars is supposed to be a sequel to Quake 2, perhaps making this a sort-of Quake "3"
And the picture filename is "q4qw" which after some searching made me think quake 4 or quake wars; and Q4 isn't out until xbox 360

Although I have no idea how far the game is in development, so I'm not sure a disc like this would apply for something still so early... but I really wouldn't know.

Anyway, worth a guess.

...Hehe, the biggest clue was the 'AV' lettering on the disc, 'AV' standing for 'Activision' of course

 

Now I get what you meant by Final and Windows 95. So I take it you're sending that to the person who got it right, right?
