GUNSTAR SUPER HEROES ON GBA!! (56k beware)

Photos in this month's Play Magazine (scanned image hoisted but not hotlinked from http://www.mrmonkeyman.com), and to my neverending relief, Treasure is indeed behind the wheel.

i would have more liked a sequel on home consoles, now i need a gba! (or a ds)

 

It looks like I finally have an excuse to buy a GBA SP.

 

well this is great news, im happy its really hapening, lets just hope the slowdown is minumum, man this exciting.

 

Hell, if Treasure could get the original running right on the Genesis with a minimum of slowdown, they ought to be able to do it on GBA. Sure, Astro Boy and Advance Guardian Heroes both had their moments, but hopefully those guys have got enough of a feel for the hardware that they can keep things smooth this time around.

 

Didn't they release this game a while ago?

I found a used copy at my local gamestop for $10.

 

There was the Genesis original, Gunstar Heroes (which if indeed at your local gamestop for $10 is something you should no pass up!) and there was the recent GBA Advance Guardian Heroes, which looks a bit similar, but as far as this goes, this is bleeding-edge news right here - the game will most likely have a summer/early fall release.
