Halo 3 ending leaked

Im not going to watch it since im buying a copy anyways. Screw the story either way. My brother and I have a 360 each and 8 controllers. (or will have 8 We have regular game nights on the weekends so when it comes out all we will be doing is 8 player system link and drinking!

 

Halo was never any good for single player anyways lol. It was just the Counter Strike for Xbox fans.

 

What a shit ending.

 

You know, I always love when companies ship out their crap early and have these issues. I mean, its nice to have it at launch, but it causes major problems when someone gets their hands all over it and leaks it on to the internet. It always seems to be America, too, since I have never really heard of any major leaks from Japan...

 

arrghh I started to watch it but no... I will wait. In fact these days I am more interested in achievements than in game endings (that's probably because my gamerscore is still rubbish...)

I found Halo 2 very disjointed and blurry in terms of story but I hoped 3 would be better in that respect but it doesn't seem so already...

I shouldn't be surprised though, as bungie is weak with the story. They do the cinematics even worse. Halo 2 had horrible popup, and this has a loading screen making a transition between scenes. It wouldn't be as bad if they didn't hype up their game as an epic trilogy. It's a decent fps, with a shitty story, and a multiplayer that's cooked up in a way people love to play on consoles.

because the game claims to have a story.

in a contrasting example, no one expects grandeur in storyline or telling in Mario games, because the game's makers dont even try to make it have a story besides the stolen princess thing.

If Bungie decided to tell a story, they should do it right. Taking up a task and half-assing it is worse than not doing it at all.

I KNEW THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN! just like with Matrix revolutions, I knew they wouldnt know how the end the story! and to make matters worse they leave the covenant part for [I'm sure] yet another game! didnt they learn anything about Halo2? dont cut stuff the story in half!.

But what I think is the lammest is that all those carefully made teaser videos were actually better (in both story, narrative and direction) than the game and the game's cutscenes! I know I know, trailers always look better than the actual game/movie, but in this case the difference is just ridiculous!

Truly dissapointing, that all I'll say...


EDIT: I want to add that the sound is so bad that I can barely understand what the Elites are saying, BTW whats up with MC? in the teasers it looked like he was the big hero and everything, but in this ending theres not even a picture of him in that monument.
