Congratulations on not dying for another year. I can't imagine how awful the Mexican food in that part of the world tastes (and believe me, I've had it from some of the shittiest places in the world).
It's surprisingly good, about as authentic as you can get with a Mexican restaurant run by a Spanish girl (as in from Spain) with a Welsh cook, but it really is excellent food.

Well the pool was really busy and the food was a bit crap today, but not really an issue I can complain about too much. Thanks for all the kind thoughts/words/stuff
