No, MGS has never interested me at all, so much so that I never bought any of the MG games ever for any system. I originally bought the PS3 to play Mahjong Fight Club and Gran Turismo HD and bought at the same time Motorstorm and F1 CE. I have a reasonable collection of PS3 games, probably slightly more then Yakumo has Wii games.

As the PS3 does have PSP remote play I can see it possibly happening, I can't say I've ever used it apart from using it to turn off the PS3 when I've seen it finish downloading something and I've been outside. I think it would be excellent if all the radio comms came through the PSP instead of on the screen, still wouldn't make me buy it though...

 

i ve only played MGS1 but I honestly say I m tempted to do 4

 

When does Little Big Planet come out? That's why I want a PS3.

I just dont see why little big planet has that much appeal, it just looks boring.

 

i ve only seen the origina trailer of LBP. The physics and realistic graphics were what grasped me. Have any of these do been dumbed down or made lame, it's easily off my list.

That said, I should get a PS3 first

Too bad I only have an SDTV WEGA CRT here , the PS3 won't really shine.

 

whats cool about LBP is the creativity controll. When people go as far as making a snowboard mod for UT3, people are going to make up some of the coolest shit ever with LBP.

I'm already at bare minimum exspecting recreations of Super Mario Bros & Megaman.

 

Considering the platformer drought of recent years, LBP is like a friggin lake.

 

oh for sure. i know there's going to be some sick recreations done. there's not a lot of info on IGN. but it has it slated to come out this October.

 

LBP is missing the mark......if they made an M rated game....

Tool fans would be buying that shit up like mad to make their own Tool Videos.

Kojima should just stop making games and start making movies.

As a game designer he's a hack. But his Cinematography skills are quite good.

 

I agree he should be making movies, but saying he has no developer skills is going too far.

I'm not MGS fanboy but you got to respect all the work and technique that went into making those games.

 

I lost a little respect for Kojima ever since I saw the commentary he made about basing Raiden on what non gamer Japanese girls wanted in the next MGS game.

I think they said they didn't want to play a game as an old ugly man. This was before Snake got "old".

 

I thought it was just the last cut scene in the game that was 90 mins long?
