Have xbox alpha kits but all the badges on the front were removed.

Does anyone happen to have the dimensions of the badge ? Height and diameter? I may have a method of producing

 

I would think that something like this would work great. You could print the emblem graphic onto some high quality photo paper then place it on the back side of these resin domes during casting.

 

Controller S jewel size domes, perhaps they can make other sizes.
