    Iirc the license it was something like it's free for non-commercial use, but if your going to sell your stuff you better have deep pockets.. or something like that.

    The initial statement was more along the lines of they wanted to approve commercial products for the PC (consoles still needed a license) to ensure they didn't represent Havoc in a negative light, but that there was no licensing fees. I guess they must've changed that.

    But.... if you're looking for the 'best' physics engine, Newton seems to be it. Supposedly, it's more accurate and faster...
