HCK Stuff From Japan ROUND 2

Hey, chill out chap! He sent you over $270 a month ago and he's received nothing yet. He's right to be concerned. Answering him with "Hey you ass" and "stfu" tells a lot about you :fresh: What, you are worrying that he will stifle your sales? With that attitude? :lol:

 

When I read this comment, i can tell you that i am happy to have cancelled my order with this seller (because he never sent me what I paid for after 2 weeks or so). He is just unserious. Who sells things when he has no possibility to send them because holidays or whatever else ??It is juste a jooke :lol:
I hope neozeed cant sort this out.
This seller should just be sanctionned, bad attitude.

 

If you check your messages I did send you a private message, Im not being unreasonable.
I paid for the items a month ago. You took my payment and then you went on holiday before shipping the items! If I had known this before hand I wouldn't have bought the items from you.
Then you say you have shipped the items and send me a tracking number which doesn't exist on either Royal Mail or SAL in Japan.
If it was the other way around you would be a pissed off to!
As for the Skype messages so what! Its not like Im calling you.
Try to be reasonable!

Could you let me know if you have a tracking number yet?

The seller just ignores any messages that I have sent.
I've not been rude, Quite the opposite.
The guy claims he is away and has not had internet access yet he has been logging in here almost daily.
He took over 270$ in payment way over a month ago.
He said he would ship the items via SAL then when I contacted him he said he forgot and shipped the items via Surface mail then claimed he had been looking at the wrong receipt and had shipped via SAL.
All I have asked for is a tracking number.

Thanks you scumbag for ripping me off to the tune of $274.

Neozeed I would give it a little more time. You will probably find that the items will show up eventually.

Yeah, you should give it a little more time, not much else you can do anyway. HCK probably stopped replying because he/she is going through stuff, and feels too much pressure. not saying that its a good way to handle the situation, but since all else has failed, should give it some time...

 

Its not just me another member from this site has contacted me saying he has also done the same to him.

Paid 133 usd a few weeks ago for the SFC games shipped to China... they haven't arrived, i am not getting any tracking number or reply from HKC... :crying:

I really hope he can either return the money or send the items. I am finally posting this up here since he hasn't replied to my messages or emails for more than two weeks now... :S

 

Wow, I didnt think that things like this do happen on this forum. It's so sad, I feel sorry for guys who send him such money (270$ is not something you can just forget about).

When I saw the first page with MSX2 photo for 70$ I thought that I'm totally buying it, but after I read the messages.. he should be banned by ip. In Russia we have a similar forum for retro collectors with marketplace on it and there is a sticky thread with Negative feedback - if there is a guy like HCK people write his actual address/paypal account or any other info they have got during the transaction so that he couldn't register under different name or ip and continue to fraud people.

 

How did you send payment? If it was via paypal can you not just do a chargeback? :shrug:

I paid via Google checkout, He requested this as he said he had been ripped off before via Paypal...How ironic.
There is no way to contact them only via email which I have done.

I feel disappointed that no moderator has even looked in to this.
They are quick enough to ban people like Raylid for selling counterfeit media which is bad and unacceptable I know but this scumbag has stole around 400$ that I know off and no one has batted an eyelid.

 

I get an impression personal matters happened. The attitude change is unusual...

I guess you should make a thread in the feedback forum about him.

Not everyone read the contain of a sale thread I guess, most just check the first post and then send PM.

But as many other I do check feedback forum to view people reputation before buying. So making a thread there would help others make their mind before buying.

It wasn't through Paypal it was Google checkout.
I've tried contacting them but they do not reply.
