HDMI Port Not Working on xbox 360

After a small power surge, all the HDMI ports on my TV are blown.(Everything was on a surge protector.) I tried the 360 on two different TVs and still no luck. The AV port on the 360 still works though. So, It seems my 360 HDMI port is done for as well. I have an RGH Falcon 360 with an additional fan installed. Everything worked fine before the power surge, I just want to be sure that the RGH or fan isn't causing the issue. I see that there are cap kits I can buy that are said to fix it. I looked over the board and all my caps look fine. I have also tried holding the right trigger and Y button while turning it on. I'm not sure where to start with this.
