I think it's worth mentioning that Doritos' Dash of Destruction is a corporately-branded and sponsored game. It may not matter to some people, but I'd rather not contribute to the download statistics of a game with this sort of background.
Yeah, I noticed that after posting. Interestingly, the Japanese Marketplace site doesn't mention anything of that and only shows a generic cover.
Oh yes, trust me it is just as cheap as Yaris in terms of quality. I beat the whole game in about 10 minutes unlocking every achievement. I will never play it again... Hahaha
Oh, I was so excited at the prospect of downloading a free game that I forgot to say thanks for pointing that out! So... uhh... thanks!! ;-) I haven't tried it yet, downloaded it before going out and haven't been back long.
aww! it's an easy game?? bummer. i love Yaris because of it's challenging and intriguing gameplay. very original and very fun. i'm disappointed in you Doritos. but nevertheless i will still eat your Cooler Ranch chips and wash it down with a swig of Mt. Dew.
Dino Pro. Damn. What do you expect for free though eh? And Graciano, are you being serious about enjoying Yaris? I thought you were just sarcastically liking it at first... :110:
I'd like to know how you completed 6 levels as a dinosaur, 6 levels as a vehicle and one multiplayer level in 4 minutes, OE! That's quite some going!! I think even the worst gamer should be able to get it done within an hour, though. And that's an extreme... I think the majority would beat 30 minutes.
you didn't like it?? it's developed quite an astounding cult following. i here there's even a Yaris 2 in the works, "Return of Giant Spider Boss."
The doritos game is crazy easy but not all that bad, really. I might try multiplayer with a friend sometime.
I thought it was OK. A bit repetitive, but for what it is, not bad. It doesn't really have any lastability for me. I've done the achievements. Multiplayer could save it, but the multiplayer is awkward with that zoomed out camera angle and not really that fun. The idea of switching player type is cool, but confusing.
Played the game today (DoD), got the singleplayer achievements and then deleted it from the HD. After that I couldn't stop the voice in my head, "waste of time, waste of time". Too repetitive to be any fun for more than 5 minutes.
downloaded the game, finished both modes in 10 minutes and deleted it again, a nice 200 points extra to my achievement point E-Penis thank you dorritos
well, i have to say i'm a little disappointed in Dorito's this time around... there were some nice elements to the game such as: awesome particle effects, fun addictive gameplay, great dialogue, awesome story, etc. but there is absolutely NO EXCUSE(!!!!) for not having multiplayer over Xbox Live!! Local multiplayer only??? SERIOUSLY??? i just about crapped my pants when i found out i couldn't play with friends online. edit: just so people know, everything i have stated in this thread has been sarcastic and is meant to be funny. whether it's funny or not is a completely different story.
