    Legit, you do realise this is on a official prison site in Kentucky with official records? Anyways, there is always the possibility for him to be homeless, but judging from the ammount of clothes he has on, and how many drinking charges he has, I dare say he has enough money to own some sort of housing (Then again, I don't know him...but eh)
