Been aware of this forum for years but only just recently thought to register an account. I may likely only say a few words here and there as it's hard for me to keep up with many communities as it is, but I can confirm I won't bite or misbehave! I have a keen interest in getting the best performance out of my old consoles, as I'm sure everyone does.
Okay, um, could someone explain the posting rules to me pretty please? I made a second post in the X-RGB mini thread in response to Lum's post, only to be told it had to be approved by a mod/admin before it could appear. This was 2 or 3 hours ago. It was just some information about SCART cables which I thought might still be important enough to explain my TV/console situation (and which might also interest Yakumo, who has since posted). Thanks!
Under 15 posts , if you post a link of any kind it goes into moderation. This is to block spammers. Eventually your post is moderated and approved or deleted.
Ah, thanks. Was thinking just now it might have been to do with me putting an eBay link in said post to show which SCART cable I most recently bought for my Saturn. Hopefully by the morning my post will have passed with flying colours!
Okay, that's odd. Just got the "will need to be approved" message again, even though I posted no URL this time. It can't be tripping on the actual word 'e*ay' (partly starred in case in happens again) can it? Or 'link'?
Once you trigger it, it puts all posts you make in moderation que until you hit the critical number of approved posts.
