Just a 360. It would have to be Bayonetta, one of my all time favourite games, although Gears of War comes a close second. More generally, my all time favourites would be Splatterhouse - Arcade or FM Towns Bubble Bobble - Arcade or FM Towns Snow Bros - Arcade or MD Gunstar Heroes - MD Bare Knuckle II - MD Shining Force II and III - MD and Saturn respectively Doom - pretty much any version! Metal Slug - Neo Geo Super Star Soldier - PCE (Halo Reach - 360...yeah I know...!) and depending on my mood 100s of other titles haha!
You have good taste ! Bayonetta is the best beat them up of the old gen. Bare Knuckle II > Street of Rage II, sodoman FTW ! xD It seems you like shmup, PCE is the best console for that and you already know that :O). So you got FM Towns, Megadrive, Saturn, Neo Geo (AES?) and PCengine ! Don't tell me you also have an arcade cabinet at your home?
