Hello there all, took a little peek around the forums before signing up, anyway I'll be brief Name's Hishimura bit of a tech junkie have a certain soft spot for older tech in particular recently got my hands on a working original xbox almost certain its version 1.6 what started as a quick how to do soft mod or hardware modifications quickly escalated into a rather childish want (in my opinion) of building the alpha dev tower as I've heard it is called for the purpose of developing custom software for the old beloved box. I am aware this has probably been asked on this forum more times than a grunt has had its methane tanks shot off but as I discovered the forum is huge and finding information on the dev tower seems rather difficult ( I think my google skills need polishing ) Allow me to say I have no coding experience or knowledge but I would still like to go through with this project, I will be more than happy to share any knowledge or code I obtain as I undertake this endeavor.
