Hi All, I'm a long time retro gamer and have heard of this here place, but have never dared venture here before. Anyway, I'm from the UK and work in the games industry, but new games aren't the reason why I'm here... I used to collect for lots of systems but sold much of them off over the past few years to make space. Now I'm focussed on Japanese games for the Mega Drive, Mega CD, and Saturn. My collection is small (and annoyingly I sold off a few treasures for those systems a year or so ago), but has some goodies. A few of my prized treasures on the MD - Contra Hard Corps, Vampire Killer, Rocket Knight, Sparkster, Musha Aleste, Ex Ranza, Chelnov, Gunstar Heroes. On the MCD (are there any treasures for this much maligned system?) - I have a load of JP MCD games, and the stars for me are Denin Aleste and Keio Yuugekitai. And on the Saturn I have the usual shooter gems - Radiant Silvergun, Hyper Duel, Thunderforce V, Soukyugerentai, Keio Yuugekitai 2 (which admittedly isn't much of a shooter on the Saturn) Many years back I used to buy games on eBay and then direct from a long time member here, no other than Gaijin Punch. I even met in him Tokyo one sunny afternoon and he took me retro shopping in Akiba. This was back when Media Land was still around and sold A grade games for what by today's standards seem absurdly cheap prices, but at the time seemed expensive. Anyway sorry to ramble, and HELLO!
