Hi there. The name is Vertrex. Where to start? This place is my type of forum. I collect, program, mod, and have an incredibly huge interest for prototypes and anything regarding vintage dev stuff. I love video games. I grew up playing them for the longest time and I still do till this day. Right now, I am studying in college to become a programmer, so yes, I'm only a student and nothing more than a novice in C++, but I'm getting there. I have ideas for later down the road that I want to implement in my own original game, but being incapable, I can't for now. Besides my desire to become really fluent in C++ and other languages, I like to collect vintage video games on my own time. I'm very picky with how I spend my money, since I only make so much money at my job and I'm currently saving enough so that my fiance and I can get a place to live. I like collecting video games because they mean something to me. To me, video games, whether it's Action, Adventure, or anything that involves a main character, makes me feel like I have the chance of being in the shoes of a hero. It's kind of a great feel in a sense. As much as I like to reminisce through old games, I love the new as well. I'm more of a SEGA-Nintendo Fanboy, but that shouldn't matter because I like mainly any game that's satisfying and well made. Silly games like gmod are always fun too! Besides being a game collector, there is one thing that I wish to do way more often down the road. I have a huge interest for prototypes and development units. Whenever I get my hands on something like a prototype, I'm not going to be that "guy" who doesn't share it with everyone else. I believe in everybody getting a turn in playing whatever I find, so you can count on me to leak it. I am new to the forum, but I promise you that nobody is my enemy and that I'm looking forward to become apart of the Assembler Forum Family. Regards, Vertrex
