Help contacting Panasonic customer service

I need the following drivers from http://panasonic.jp/support/p3/music/download/index.html :
CF-VEW212P Windows 95 32bit&16bit 対応ドライバー/Point Enabler V1.0/DOS DriverV1.0(MPU401) and CF-VEW211P-A Windows 95対応ドライバー

Both links redirect to https://p3.support.panasonic.co.jp/p3/EokpControl?&event=IE0004&wid=11946&target=faq
From what I google translated, they offer the drivers as a one time download if you call them at the provided phone number, so if one you guys living in Japan could help me retrieve those files, I'll share a beta or something...

I actually bought that one, I haven't recieved it yet though and I don't know if the floppy disks are working, hence why I'm asking for help getting the latest drivers from the customer service...

 

I've sent them an email, hopefully they will email the drivers or provide a link.
