Hi Guys I hope someone can help here , I founded a post about this whitout real answers at Isozone. You know just that kind of answers where someone ask for something especific and it result in a complete different solution that apparently works but is not the same. Well, the idea is creating trainers for the old original XBOX in order to force the games to widescreen. Some games already have codes, but they are not trainers, they need some messing whit the .xbe file. They are posted at http://ps2wide.net/ but this method just will work with backup isos or HDD games; and the idea is play with the original discs, so this will not work. Personally I am not planning on change my XBOX HDD, also I own many XBOX original games, all the ones I like, some of them NTSC, some of them PAL, even one from Korea. So I wished I could play at widescreen whit this ones (with the games that doesnt support it) like I already can did with my PS2, PS1 , DC and N64 games, with the original hardware and the original games. But since the PS2WIDE page, seems long forgotted, and they just have codes mostly for the NTSC-U versions of the games, please I call for help here, to the best ones: Someone can help? This sound like a good project and idea for all those who have the original games, It could work just like a "Boot Hack Widescreen"
Thanks for answering me Demilich, No I dont. I am not particulary good at this kind of stuff . All I am looking for is being able to play in widescreen my ORIGINAL PAL and NTSC games from the original XBOX , in the real console (As I do in my PS2) Since The Xbox doesnt have any codebreaker or gameshark I think maybe thats why everyone forgot about the Trainers and they are just using patches for MIL DVDs. I wish more people would like the idea to create widescreen trainers as Widescreen Boot Hack files, with a modded XBOX, since it works for Original and MIL DVD copies at the same time isn it?. I am here just sharing the idea cause I know (after trying by myself) that I am not the proper person to realize this. But I think people around this forum are the ones, dont you think? Please correct me if I am figuring something wrong, I dont know if this is actually possible or too hard to realize.
