    Hello,

i would like to ask the (former) Sonic Team, or better Yuji Naka directly, for production cycle of the limited "Sonic 10th. anniversary edition" Dreamcast console.
The console was signed by Yuji Naka so he should know how many of them he signed (20,200 or 500).

Could someone provoide me with email adresses ? I don't find anything on the japanese Sega homepage.

    Regards,
    michael

Yuji Naka is extremely protective of his privacy and known to be extremely aloof (read: conceited). I very much doubt he would answer emails of that sort.

Is it true he's not even the original creator of Sonic? :smt017

The guy is busy i'm sure, and for some reason, a minor celebrity in Japan (although I can say he walked through Shibuya w/ very little hassle). He didn't seem to be conceited to me, but I didn't talk to him.

I will say however, that he did seem to suffer from duck's disease, and a lot of people that have that do seem conceited.

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the guy for keeping PSO DC up in Japan and moreso in Europe; I think it's utterly kick - ass that the DC PAL PSO 50 HZ servers have outlived the PSO GCN ones.

Also for the fact that as he was instrumental in the design of the DC and helped bring the final first-party DC release to us with Puyo Puyo Fever and the utterly brilliant modded bios screen.

I hope he checks the logs of PSO PAL lobbies and sees the constant 'Yuji Naka, Kicks Ass!!' messages I post in Pioneer. Seeing the holiday decorations on Pioneer 2 into 2004 was absolutely surreal. I love the guy.

I also wonder how many game developpers we have on this forum. Anyone dare to show off? Count me as one.

There's quite a few, but it's probably not best for them to mention. As inevitable questions about games in progress and non disclosure come into play.
