I have won an auction, and the guy is OK with shipping to me, but I may need help with payment (or at least a suggestion). He doesn't have PayPal, and says he has had bad experience with sending cash via registered post, so he prefers only Bank Transfer. This is quite expensive for me to do. If someone could accept PayPal from me and send him a transfer or cheque, or suggest another way I can get the money to him, that would be great!!
I did a wire transfer to germany for a 16 euro payment - the wire transfer fee was an extra 36 euros (£21) -_- It's quicker to bite the bullet and pay the fee though
Wire transfer is free for all EU states using Euro - and GB still uses pounds. I'm from germany and would help you with payment. Just send me a PM with your email adress and i'll mail you details. Wire transfer is free, but you'll have to take my PayPal charges (that's around 4% of the complete amount).
