Help ID Bandai 1994 figure

    I found this guy mixed in with the mess I call a collection.

    Not sure where he came from or how long I've had him. The bottom says 94 Bandai Made in China. Any guesses what it is?

    It's a cheap plastic gatchapon or boxed plastic figure. Glad we could be of help.

    Any thing on his back? Is it really 17 years since 1994? :s
