Ok folks, I'm trying to find a game remember playing way back in the 90's i only vaguely remember the gameplay but not the name of the game. It was a NES game and from what i remember a Horizontal scrolling Shooter I don't think the player was a space ship but more of a person(possibly in a green space suit)? not 100% on this. i remember playing it on my cousins NES so i'm 100% sure it was a NES game. As i only briefly had a NES, that's all i have to go on, it's been bugging me the past few days Any ideas or what it could possibly be?

The description make me think of S.C.A.T./Action in New York...even though that's not it, you should still play it since it's a great game.
True, but that's probably why the European publisher came up with the double-entendre free title "Action in New York".
