Just recieved today my axiously awaited Gambox 400 in 1 Jamma board. Problem is I can't figure out how to use the damn thing. The users manual is 99 percent Chinese and there are lots of dip switches and menu buttens that I can't fathom how to configure properly. The thing boots up to the initial screen, but I can't get to select or start a game. I've spent three hours trying various different dip switch selections, but still a no go. ARRRGGHHH!!! Any info or suggestions would be most welcome. Hopefully I havn't bought a $400 dollar paper weight! William :smt022:smt022 :smt022
I have also put this board into a cabinet, when you mention it loads a screen - is it the screen that lists the games (king of fighters etc) and has a 60second timmer in the top right corner? if so you need to make sure the credit button is wired up on the edge conector and "insert a credit" the 60 second timmer will begin to count down and you can use the joystick to selct which game you want.
