I am attempting to properly connect NTSC consoles using official nintendo PAL scart cables to a framemeister to a US led tv. Some of this equipment has taken me a long time to find (not to mention costly) and I just don't want to ruin anything by not knowing circuitry differences among different regions. Here is a list of my setup:

    N64
    - NTSC board revision 3 N64 with RGB mod and amp
    - Official Nintendo Gamecube Scart (PAL)

    SNES
    - NTSC Snes 1 chip board revision 3 (VERY difficult to find)
    - French AFAIK Official Nintendo PAL Scart cable (also difficult to find)

These systems will be plugged into a Bandridge scart switch with their respective cables ---> retrogamingcables.uk EuroSCART to Framemeister XRGB Mini with built in Sync Stripper converter ---> XRGB Mini---->sony kdl-55w900a USA led tv.

I found this old thread that had some schematics and discusses the mentioned official Nintendo cables:

However, the provided pictures of circuit diagrams are now broken links.

I tried to draw my own schematic of what all was being described and translate that to a NTSC console connected to a US based television. With my limited knowledge in circuitry, it is beyond my level of comprehension. If anyone could please point out any changes I would have to make (especially in wiring of the SCART cables) to potentially avoid frying something, I would very much appreciate it.

Those two cables are different. On SNES try the "Official Nintendo Gamecube Scart (PAL)", closer design to what it expects.
It probably won't power the sync stripper but if necessary NTSC SNES has a dedicated sync pin.
