Help! Rimokororon [PS2] ?

So in a mag I've found this screenshot about a PS2 game they called Rimokororon.
No info on the publisher or dev, neither on what it was supposed to be.
The magazine was released in late 2000, early 2001.

Any idea what this game can be?

yeah that game actually does look pretty interesting
