    Hi All,
ok, i STILL can't get this working...

When it boots, it all looks fine,
it promps for date (dead battery guess) but after it animates the logo
and that, it hangs. It does not even spin the drive. I even have a spare disc
drive, and that does not work either. I have tried every combination of those dip switches. And have checked them with a scan of the sega manuals.

Can anyone help me out with this?

Some Saturns have this problem, but you can solve it by skipping the intro sequence, so I've heard.

I still swear it worked fine when I had it! The auction had pics of it working too! And it's been too long since I've played with it to remember the extent of it's operation - I remember last time you tried though I could remember more and retro helped - things IIRC should haveworked, but oddly didn't!! I really can't remember naything else to suggest other than it's still configured wrong - I had it doing all kinds of funky boot processes so maybe it's still waiting for SCSI commands?

Hmmm, good call... i guess that is why i looks like it's bypassing the CD... anyone one know how to tell the scsi setting to piss off?

switching that SCSIBOOT dip on and off does nothing... :0(

I don't know how much they went for years back for SEGA developers, but nowadays it's all worth what the collector is willing to pay. ;)
