Right here is the deal I have what I thought was a blank Cirtech flash cart in my collection for a while now. I have tested it on Sega. Genesis and a Mega Drive and it displays a blank screen. just out of curiosity I popped it in my Retrode and there is a bin file on it, it wouldn't play on an emulator and just wondered if there was anyone out there that could take a look at the file for me and see if it is indeed a game or just something random?
