I just got my Action replay today for my NTSC-J Saturn I just bought. When I plug in the cart, and turn on the machine with a game inside, it skips all the sounds in the start-up and does a boot loop with the Saturn splash screen and "Produced or under license by Sega" message. Putting paper in the cart slot gives different results every time; what could it be? The system is not modded, but if it is, how can I check? The AR does not have the comm port on it. HELP PLEASE!! Sorry about the Dreamcast controller; All those icons are SO CONFUSING!
