Help with Switchless Region Mod for Mega Drive 2 & Mega CD 2

Hi guys. I was wondering if anyone could offer some help for me with Sega Mega Drive 2 with Sega Mega CD 2 switchless region changing.

I've completed a Mega Drive 2 switchless modification with Seb's PIC code on a PIC16F630 which is working perfectly, connected the wires to the expansion port and installed a M27C1024 with PAL, JPN and USA bios versions into the Mega CD 2 following the Wolfsoft setup (http://wolfsoft.de/wordpress/?p=407).

The +5V signals I've confirmed are activated on pin 38 & 39 of the M27C1024 as sent from the PIC chip but the Bios version remains only on USA and won't change to JPN or PAL regions when the Mega Drive 2 changes. I'm new to the chip programming and followed the steps with copy /b usa.bin + jpn.bin + pal.bin switchless.bin and then byte swapped switchless.bin and sent to the chip - I don't know what I could have done wrong or if there is a step I've missed, if anyone could help I would be extremely grateful and indebted.

I've got to the bottom of it, the M27C1024 doesn't have the space for more than one BIOS so I'll get a M27C4096 and should be up and running!
