First, posted in Unseen64, then TCRF, but I can't forget here. There are 4 Models from Mario 128 within Pikmin. 2 of them I can guarantee for sure (even if didn't appeared in the tech demo). There is a Key, a Goomba, a Pellet and a Plumber (mario!)
