Hello, as you can guess my name is Nina and I'm from Germany and yes I'm a video game loving girl. I like retro games (especially Nintendo), but I'm also into a few newer ones for Wii and 3DS. I'm interested in beta footage and prototypes and love collecting (and of course reading!) old video game mags! My favourite game series are anything Super Mario, Yoshi, Pokémon, Animal Crossing, Kirby, Zelda, Earthworm Jim. I also do enjoy a lot of games with Rayman, Donkey Kong, Sonic,...or just classics like Terranigma, Secret of Mana, Banjo-Kazooie, Smash Bros. (all parts), ICO, Spyro the Dragon, Diddy Kong Racing...my favourite genres are Adventure, Jump N Run, Fun Racing, RPG. Consoles I own: NES, SNES, N64 (with import cartridge for NTSC games), GC, Wii, GB Pocket, GB Color (my Dad's), GB Advance, GBA SP (my Dad's), DS, DSi, 3DS I have the habit of collecting games with box and manual and like to treat them well, because I just love to have the "complete thing", same goes for anything video game related books or walkthrough mags/official guides. I also collect game merchandising and have a soft spot for pink consoles and handhelds ^^ I'm working as cartoon artist and like listening to progressive rock music. I've been a member some years ago, but didn't post too much, I think I deleted my old mail where I signed up, so I just opened a new account and hope to post more (I read more than I say at forums!), because I really like this place and community.

Hi. I'm currently focusing my retro gaming on platformers. The wiki have given me a long list of games to check out. Mega man is brutal. any recommendations?
