Where are you in Germany? From personal experience I can tell you that Germany is full of smokers. Especially around the Dutch/German border ;-)

 

Damn last week I was so high I was having panic attacks. Not cool :fresh:

For the next day, Achern... Then to Stegen for a night, then to Garmisch Partenkirchen for three days... No where close to the German/Dutch boarder, unfortunately. I can bike to France in less than 30 minutes though!
