    This Video was on my Facebook feed this morning and I can't stop watching it. This could easily be a comedy skit but it's a real dumbass trying to either get out of a ticket or make the cop look like the bad guy.
    It is by and far the funniest thing I've seen in weeks.

    The guy in the first video in is a "sovereign citizen", who are pretty much weirdos who think laws don't apply to them because of nonsensical technicalities. There are tons of videos of that kind of thing on YouTube (uploaded by themselves even), and they're mostly fucking hilarious.
