Guido appeared originally in the context of Schiller and Moclair's radio program "Crud" on the Triple M network. he's a fictional character however.
You should listen, when he goes into overdrive . When he rings the Vatican up, or the British royal family, it is hillarious. One of my favourite, comments from him is "you deaf pommy poof, or you stupid deaf poofter", or just his way of saying things, makes me crack up.
